Status
System
Page with system information: manufacturer, model, version, software version, serial number, system name, SKU Number, product line, terminal uptime, telephony uptime, license count. Terminal uptime and telephony uptime are updated dynamically on the page.
Network
Page with network status information: IP address, mask, gateway, MAC address, network status, data transfer rate, duplex mode.
Camera
Page with information about connected cameras.
Microphone
Page with information about connected microphones.
SIP/H.323
Page with SIP and H.323 parameters: protocol enablement, registration enablement, registration address, registration name, registration status.
Diagnostics
Ping
Page for checking connection integrity and quality in TCP/IP networks. By default the destination address is the network gateway address.
To start a request:
- move focus to the Ping IP field;
- press the “OK” control button (19) — the terminal window will display the result.
To change the destination address:
- move focus to the address field (10.1.1.1 or another);
- press the “OK” control button (19) — the page with the input module will open [Appendix A];
- enter the required destination address (example: 10.1.1.10);
- save the entered data: return to the parent page; the terminal window will display the result.
To view diagnostic output:
- move focus to the terminal window field;
- press the “OK” control button (19) — the terminal window will change color;
- use the Up (4) and Down (7) buttons to scroll through lines;
- exit terminal view mode with the OK (19) or Back (8) buttons.
Trace
Page for determining data routes in TCP/IP networks. Actions are similar to those on the Ping page.
