Description of functionality
In the configuration menu, under the “System” dropdown, there is an item called “Integration Settings”, which allows you to go to the settings page for integration with the corporate communication platform eXpress.
To integrate with eXpress, you need to perform the following settings:
- activate the toggle to enable integration at the top of the page;
- specify the URL of the eXpress service in the format shown in the “URL
Websocket” field*;
- enter the integration key for the eXpress service*;
- you can select the video codec for incoming and outgoing video calls from the list of the same setting;
- in the “Local IP” field, select the server IP address from the list*;
- specify the eXpress server ID*.
Items marked with an asterisk are required parameters.
On this page, you can also enable the shared mosaic by activating the toggle at the bottom of the page.
After setting all required parameters, click the “Save” button.
