Description of functionality
To correctly capture a dump of a problematic call:
Attention!
Stop all unrelated active conferences; there should be as few calls on the server as possible!
- Click the Start button;
- Make a call to the server — from the server to the endpoint device of a subscriber or to a neighboring server — for about one minute;
- End the call;
- Finish the recording by clicking the Stop button;
- Download and save the dump to your PC by clicking the Export button.
After that, you can send it to support upon request or analyze it yourself.
