By design and functionality, the terminal is intended for use in meeting rooms and medium to small conference halls. The terminal’s modern high-performance platform enables easy calling, content sharing, and receiving content from remote participants, with video quality up to 4K (Ultra HD). The Vinteo Video Terminal provides high-quality multipoint video conferencing for up to 20 participants without the need for an external video server (MCU), delivering the maximum available video quality to each participant. Conference participants may join even if their PCs do not have specialized professional video conferencing software installed, provided they have a standard user setup: microphone, camera, speakers, and a web browser with WebRTC support.

Compatibility

The Vinteo Terminal is fully compatible with solutions from other well-known manufacturers on the market. Solutions based on Vinteo Video Core use FEC (Forward Error Correction) technology for error prevention during calls between each other. This ensures stable video communication even over channels with high error rates and packet loss.
